Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, everything is cruelty-free. Most products are vegan; our lip balm contains beeswax.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle, plant-forward, and designed with sensitive skin in mind. Patch testing is always recommended.

Can I use the Body Scrub & Body Butter on my face?
Our Body Scrub and Body Butter products are intended for use on the body. Because facial skin is more sensitive, we don’t recommend using them on the face. For best results (and to avoid irritation or clogged pores), keep them as nourishing body-only treatments.

How often should I use the body scrub?
2–3x per week, or more often as desired.

Can I use Daily Grace Exfoliating Body Wash every day?
Yes, it’s made for daily use.

What’s the best routine?
Our simple 3-step rhythm:

Do your products contain fragrance?
Some are fragrance-free, others use clean skin-safe fragrances. Check each product page for full details.

All 323 products are thoughtfully made in the USA.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the USA, but stay tuned international doors are opening!

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
We’re happy to offer FREE local delivery in Chicago. As we grow, expanding complimentary shipping is something we’re excited to work toward. In the meantime, standard U.S. shipping is typically between $7–$12, based on your order.

Can I change or add to my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email us as soon as possible.

What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of personal-care products, we cannot accept used or opened returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or if there's another reason you're not pleased with your order please contact us and we’ll make it right.
